At Shirts, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right through a quick exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items with their tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the printed packing slip provided in your portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
